New Office Space
Mortgage Broker Office in Lakewood, CO
We have a new office space! We are located at 200 Union Boulevard, Unit 110 in the business district of Lakewood, just off U.S. Route 6. We are thrilled to be a mortgage broker serving the Lakewood and Denver Metro from this new office location. We welcome current and past clients to our new offices. As always, we also attend closings in the field as often as we can. This new home base office provides space for our growing team of loan officers, loan officer assistants, and managing brokers.
Visit Us
If you find yourself in the area, we would love for you to stop by and check it out. We keep great coffee in stock and are always happy to make you a fresh cup while we get a chance to catch up with what has been happening in your life. We have coffee and hot tea selections when you stop in to visit.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is plenty of parking both in front of the plaza and also behind the tall 200 Union building we are in (stress-free!).
About the Space
Operations Manager, Nathan Jennison, headed up the office build-out. The space features a comfortable lobby area, space for our growing team, a conference room, and a kitchen. The office is modern and open and reflects the business’s core beliefs to be advocates and resources to our customers.
Locations
Nathan Mortage plans to add more locations this year as we expand to other states. You can check our updated list of locations on our Contact Us page. Many core team members are Chicago natives and we plan to expand to Illinois next. As the demand for low-cost home loans has been growing, we will continue to expand to other states.
