Raluca Berry is a licensed loan officer who brings 19+ years of financial and banking experience to customers. Raluca joined Nathan Mortgage in early 2021. Previously, she was an Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Raluca is highly organized and detailed-oriented, bringing customers loan options that align specifically with their goals. She also supports the rest of the team with document collection and review that streamlines the process for fast closings.

Kimberly brings her backround in spearheading engineering projects and business development at Lockheed Martin. She excels at finding efficiencies and applies a problem-solving approach while ensuring she provides you the best loan solutions available to meet your needs.
Regina Sutton
Regina has 20+ years as a professional loan processor. Regina handles the processing of loan files. She works for Summit Processing and is also a member of the Nathan Mortgage team. She is the main point of contact between our team and the lender.
Danielle Foster
Danielle heads up all things community, acting as our brand’s ambassador. She works to bring valuable resources to clients and realtor partners, collaborates with community leaders to coordinate educational and fun events, and coordinates charitable efforts throughout the year.
